Lunch Box Sudoku
Updated: Sep 17

Looking for an easier way to plan and pack a healthy school lunch?
Are your kids bored with the same-o, same-o lunches?
Play lunchbox Sudoku to quickly come up with nine unique lunch ideas!
Step1: Draw or print a 3 x 3 grid and label each box as shown.
Step 2: Fill in each box with a food from the food group labeled.
Step 3: Let your child select the menu for each day by circling a row (orange), column (yellow), diagonal or corner (pink) as shown.
That's it! No worries. No last minute, frantic searches.
Three minutes of planning, nine possible combinations. No repeats, no junk food, and, hopefully, fewer sad leftovers in the lunchbox at the end of the day. Enjoy!

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?" Matthew 6:25
